Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA) of South Africa.
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of prepared food and perishables, refunds and returns are limited under the CPA.
We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
- The food you received was incorrect, incomplete, or did not meet reasonable quality standards.
- You notify us within 1 hour of delivery or collection.
- The item is returned in a reasonable condition for inspection (where applicable).
We do NOT offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation.
- Incorrect order details supplied by you.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party delivery services beyond our control.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims before issuing a refund or replacement.
