Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

This policy is in line with Section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) regarding delivery of goods.

Delivery Area & Fees:
We deliver within designated areas. Delivery fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Orders are typically delivered within 45–60 minutes after confirmation.
• During peak times or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed.
• We will notify you in case of significant delays.

Responsibility:
Once orders are delivered or collected, the risk of loss, damage, or deterioration passes to you.

Failure to Deliver Due to Customer:
If you are unreachable for 10 minutes at the delivery address or contact number provided, the delivery will be marked complete with no refund obligation.
